What sort of Police Force do we have in this country?

The intruders were on her property ie tresping so in my opinion this women would have been well within her rights to threaten these yobs even in her garden. Had she have also been threatened she was well within her rights to use the knife to defend herself.That would have been a case of reasonable force. Kids carry and use knives. Its time our police took the side of the victim instead of defending the culprits.
