Does anyone know how to get this hairstyle?

It looks like she's straightened her hair with a flat iron since it sticks out so much. Part the hair as a side part, smoorth the front piece back behind your ear with a little bit of hair molding wax, and then wrap a couple small sections around the crown of your head and secure them with bobby pins. The messier the better.
