Why does a super rich, tax dodging non dom support the conservative party?

The conservatives have spent the most on this election campaign by far, i just got yet more recycling to do yesterday when a contract that wasn't worth the paper it was written on was sent to me by the conservatives, with a coppied signature of David Cameron. Obviously the tax dodging Lord Ashcroft has something to gain from supporting the conservatives.
