Ok. i have a dog a lil over one year old and in past few days he has been acting weird and now is sick.?

i dont have much money to take him to the vet so im lookin for some help. and please if i had the money i would so dont judge me.. i think he has parvo tho.. he doesnt eat any food but iv recently got him to start drinking water again. and he pukes up a foamy clear mucas. he also is lazy and poops bloody bubbly crap. iv been giving him electrolytes by force but now he is drinking them himself. if anyone has anything help other than going to the vet please help
