What do i do? im out of options?? please help?

I recently got botox injections to try and stop my constant headache pain, it has been almost two weeks and i have seen little to no results. My neurologist told me that my body is resistant to medication and i wont be able to get help from pills. What do i do if the botox doesn't work, is surgery an option. Is it possible to get surgery to turn off the pain center of my brain that cause headaches. Please if you have any advice i have been having this problem EVERYDAY for 4 years. The pain hurts so bad i will honestly kill myself if i dont get better soon. I cant live like this anymore please help.
