I just planted a new iceberg rose and it it wilting , what to do? Im blocking it fron the sun and im thinking?

Only water it to the extent that the soil is damp all the way through. Any more than that will harm most plants, so don't fill it up so far it's almost overflowing or anything. Putting it near sunlight is okay and probably a good thing so long as it's not getting too hot.
