Should we let the paparazzi be?

Hi. I think they are way out of line. If you or I chased somebody down the street, or climbed a tree to photograph somebody through their window, we'd be arrested for stalking. I think being photographed is part of being a celebrity. But when they start chasing them in traffic ( which endangers other people's lives ), or they go after their children, they need to be stopped. They go way too far sometimes. There definitely needs to be limits as to what they can and cannot do.
