Is this considered stingy? (Friend owes me money)?

I'm not working and am trying to find a job. she is and is loaded. we shared food the other day and i paid and she only gave me 2 dollars of the 2.75 that she owes. she said she'll give methe rest later...well she still hasnt. its been a week. what should i do? besides not split or pay for things again.
