I have access to 99.9 % MTBE gas additive.How many ounces per gallon would it take to raise the octane rating?

that stuff is garbage, it was used to clean up the environement like watersports(skidoos etc)it was more poisonous to the environment and foulded the plugs with a flaky crap that killed performance. throw that crap away
