A 14 year old girl interested in Kung Fu?

I know these things do not come easily or without determination and strength but i need to know if it is possible to learn kung fu fast i mean i already know how to roundhouse kick,tornado spin kick,cat stance.horse stance ect. but i dont know enough and i can learn it but should i use a video site or work with a sensei and if u say sensei i must say we dont have much money and the videos are free but do you think that if we hire a sensei that itll be worth the fee or should i use the videos???Also should i learn kung fu first because i already show a good bit of skill in kung fu but i also show skill in tai jutsu or should i start low like with karate?
