Would someone explain INSOLUBLE vs. SOLUBLE FiBeR? & WHICH is absorbed and which isn't & explain it all.?

Neither is absorbed into the body. Soluble just means it is soluble in water. Fiber is to clean out your colon, helps loosen matter which sticks to side of colon in pockets called diverticulous. You want this out because it can cause diverticulitis, which is an infection. Infections can be dangerous. You do the colonoscopies because once you have a polyp you are at risk for more. Polyps can develop into cancer. But of course, I am not a doctor and you should ask your physician.
