Is there a good math program that can help disabled children, that have trouble writing, learn and write math?

My mother is a physical therapist for children and a lot of them are really smart but some have trouble holding and using writing utensils. She asked me If I knew of any math programs that some of the children can use on a computer to write out there work. The only math programs that I have come across tend to be to solve higher level math equations (Maple, Mathematica, etc.) I was wondering if there might be a program similar for middle school students so that they can write out there work. Please let me know!
