Needing some reurance: Could I be pregnant?

k. i went off the pill 'cause i wanted to give my body a break from being on hormones after 13 years straight. i would prefer not to go back on any hormonal method, but my options for non-hormonal are limited since I've never had a child (can't get IUD). I am in a monogamous relationship and prefer to not hafta use condoms. Ok so I had and we used the withdrawal method. It's been a few days and I'm just a lil worried because I've got a slightly crampy tender feeling in my lower abdominal area. Now the countdown till clear begins! Ladies have you ever noticed any abdominal sensitivity when you conceived? Or has anyone ever been aware that they have conceived immediately. I'm gonna wait and see for a few weeks. The sucky thing is is that early preggo symptoms are almost identical to period symptoms so it's hard to tell before a missed or due period between the two. Cross your fingers for me, because I cannot afford a child right now!!!!! Thanks in advance for any advice!
