LOST question...Do you think Locke could be in a psyche ward with multiple personality disorder?

Alana said Smokey has to remain in Locke's body now. FLocke said his original body was taken from him by Jacob. The original Locke used to have a body that worked, then Jacob (God?) took away the body that worked and gave him a paralzyed body. It would seem that the wine bottle is his anger bottled up and when he broke the bottle, it might have represented his mind. This would explain all the unanswered questions. Locke might have fantasies about killing himself and other people. That would explain all the murdering on the island (in his mind). The boy told Flocke "You know the rules. You can't kill him." It could be his conscience telling him to keep his anger (at others who can walk?) under control. Then Flocke said "Don't tell me what I can't do"...just like real Locke. I am thinking that the woman Locke wants to marry is really his nurse in real life. Maybe going home is dying to him. But it could be that leaving the island and "everyone dies" means that his personality will be imilated into one personality and the "others" are afraid of "dying". What do you think of this theory?
