If One person owns 100% of a corp. and then gets married and this co.aquires a $600k debt worth of ets(mach

(machinery) and this person's spouse does not own any portion of the co. since the corporation existing before the marriage...so,if they get divorced does the $600k debt should be split between both parts? or the spouse still would be entitled to half of the ets as well and half of the debt?.I mean half of the ets aquired after the marriage or nothing?.and does the $ that comes from receivables in the future gets split between the 2 parts as well?
