Can i marry US citizen woman on mutual seperation?

i am a Hindu Indian married having 2 girl kids (minor), my wife is very ruff with her behave, thoughts and attitude and at time of marriage i have been told false statement abt her age by her parents. but i did ignore that issue also but she says that i its neither her fault nor her parents did worng!, well since her behave, thoughs and attitude were not at all matching with me and we have no sense arguments everyday. i meet one USA woman online who is divorced and having 2 kids. we started talking and know each other 2 years ago and in time we felt in love with each other very deeply. and she came to indian and i meet her during her this visit. i found her behave, attitude and thoughts were very good even she is from USA and christian, and she has change herself a lot according to me and my faith. so now we feel we cannot live without each other one more day. so i want to take divorce with my wife and marry with USA woman and move to USA with my girls kids, but my wife is threating me if i marry that woman she will ruin me. but i still think good for her that even after divorce or mutual separation i will make sure she need not to face any problem in her lifetime untill she gets remarry with someone if she wants. so my main Q is 1. can i marry with US woman on without legal divorce but mutual separation with me wife? 2. can i take kids with me to USA? 3. what my wife can do leagally if i marry to USA woman without getting court divorce from her? 4. advice me what should i do with my wife? please advice me...
