Will my stepson go to jail (felony)?..help?

He will likely get probation without jail and a fine, but you really need to pay attention, as this is a very bad sign for a 14 year old to already being doing something illegal like this. Why didn't he ask you to buy the tickets? Is he selling them to make money, and if so what is he using the money for?
