Which to buy lumix dmc l1 or nikon d90?

wondering wich to buy the l1 is a nice camera at around $800 on ebay and the d90 in store was around $1500 both have live view but the l1 has a better flash, the d90 has a better view finder , l1-7,5 mp well the the d90 has 12 mp , the l1 is alot harder to get on ebay, but the d90 is almost twice the price, so is there any suggestions on which one to buy or any alternative cameras people suggest that have live view
