Testicular cancer?

am kinda scared that i might have this.. i check myself and theres little bumbs all over my ..i had it for like 2 years and nothin has happend.. my left testical has a bumb..but it looks like a tube that supoosed to be there . does increace the chances of this type of cancer???please help..
