Met a woman on the internet, she can't come to u.s she wants me to come there to marry her.what are pros & con?

my brother just recently met this woman fron santiago on the internet, he has been sending her gifts an money, she told him she has a pport, but she cannot get a visa to come to the u.s., he is going there in hopes of marrying her,,she does not speak english, nor does he speak her language. he pays an interpreter when they communicate online an on the phone. I am concerned that something bad will happen to him when he goes, please share your thoughts
