Is Bush insane or does he just not care anymore?

There you bashers go again. Did you read the entire bill to see what else was in it that might prompt a veto? Of course you didn't. You can't because most of the bill is clified. But, I guess you've been mindlessly bashing Bush for seven years now, why would we expect change?
