I feel left behind by people & society, - how do i get over this?

Quit wasting your time bitching on the internet and go out and do something. Try to find a job. If you can't do that volunteer somewhere. Join a club of some sort (book club, stamp or coin collectors club... whatever your interests are there is probably some sort of club), get out and interact with people.
