Good enough for Rice, Northwestern, Duke, Cornell, or even Columbia?

Agreed that the unweighted GPA matters more than weighted, but you're definitely competitive for selective schools. If you're absolutely sure you want to go to Columbia, early decision is definitely a better idea. If they like you but they're not 100% sure how you'll stack up against the regular admissions pool, they'll just defer you.
