Check engine light means "EGR flow" or "map sensor?"?

The check engine light came on in my 2005 Ford Freestyle and I had a diagnostics test done, the guy said it read "map sensor," and "egr flow." The car seems to hestitate or lunge when I slowly accelerate from stop, could this be a bad fuel filter, or something worse?
