Can you give someone when having unprotected even when you're not having a outbreak?

so I had with my boyfriend unprotected, and I think I have , im not sure because I went to go get tested for stds 2 months ago, and the nurse told my mom everything came back negative, but then a week later called back and said I had . first of all, should I get retested? I did have a outbreak prior to the appointment, but apparently I had a l bacterial infection too, and I heard there's a certain kind that gives you sores? anyway, when me and my boyfriend had , I wasn't having a outbreak.. im not on medication either. im just wondering if he could of gotten it? or like what are the chances. im so worried. I read that there's a very small chance of ping the virus to your partner when your not having a outbreak if you have unprotected . please let me no know. and no negative comments. I was also wondering if your can be sore and burn when you pee from having rough or is that just something else ?? help !!
