94 honda accord making funny noises in the wheel department

I have a 94 Honda Accord and every time I turn to the right it sounds like a galloping horse and if i turn a little more it sounds like i have a flat tire and if you turn it all the way it sounds like something is grinding...also when i have the AC on for a little while the car will start to idle erratically for a few secs and then it will go back to normal and it does it every few secs...what the hell is going on with this car....
